The Bar Cart Team curates a custom ambiance, visual style, and overall bar presentation tailored to each client's theme. Drawing from the client's color palette, event aesthetic, and even the fonts used on invitations, they ensure every detail feels cohesive, intentional, and beautifully aligned with the celebration’s vision.
THE CART PACKAGES
All Bar Cart Packages include 4 hours of service with our 1960’s vintage camper on-site. Also included are Professional & Licensed Bartenders, Menu Planning, and Complete Setup & Breakdown before and after your event. Travel Policy
The Bar Cart will travel up to 25 miles. After 25 miles, a $1.50 travel fee will be added per mile.
A client reminder, The Bar Cart is a dry hire bar operating in the state of Florida. We are not permitted to purchase or transport alcohol on behalf of the client. Alcohol is to be purchased by client (detailed shopping list provided) and dropped off at venue the morning of the event. The Bar Cart Team will prepare and batch all alcohol on site.
